Element Capture
Capture any screen element instantlyCapture UI elements, areas, windows, or full screens and edit them immediately. The flow is built for fast screenshot work with annotations and blur tools in one pass.

How to use it
- Record a shortcut for each mode you want on the Shortcuts page, or turn on All-in-one and pick the mode from a floating toolbar with its own timer and exact-size fields.
- Use Pause screen when the thing you want to capture disappears the moment you move the mouse: a menu, a hover state, a tooltip.
- The capture lands in the corner with Copy and Save. Open the editor to annotate with arrows, shapes and text, blur anything sensitive, and place the shot on a background with a radius and a shadow.
- Save to a folder you choose, straight to Droppy Cloud, or onto the Shelf or the Basket.

Workflows
A bug report in one pass
Capture the element, blur the parts that carry your name or a key, turn on auto-copy for the Droppy Cloud link, then paste the link into The Trench. The screenshot is uploaded and the link is on your clipboard before the editor closes.
Numbered instructions
Click to place a step sticker, drag to extend its leader, and repeat. The numbers count up on their own, so a five-step walkthrough is five clicks.
Something that looks designed
Choose an aspect ratio and drag on the shot, edges snap to the frame. Add a blurred-wallpaper background, a radius and a shadow, and it is ready to post.
Tips
- Every capture mode is available as a Ring button, so one held shortcut can offer element, area, window and full screen without four bindings.
- Editor keys only answer while the editor is open, so they can be short.
- Pinned screenshots have their own show and hide shortcut, which is the fastest way to clear the screen for a moment and bring them back.
- Auto-compress keeps file sizes down for chat apps without you thinking about it.
