Something broken, something missing, or something you would like Droppy to do. Each one has a home.
Write to hi@getdroppy.app for licenses, receipts, charges on your statement, privacy and legal questions, and anything you would rather not post publicly. Include the email address you bought Droppy with when it is about a license.
Bugs and ideas
The Trench is Droppy's public feedback board. Report a bug, post an idea or vote on someone else's, and follow it from open to shipped. The board shows when a fix is built and when it is live in an update.
Questions and community
The Droppy Discord is the fastest place to ask how something works, see what is coming next and talk with other people who use Droppy. The documentation answers most how-to questions too, and you can search it from any page.
Licenses and refunds
- Lost your license key: the Recover license page resends it to the email you bought with straight away.
- Moving to a new Mac: reset the activation from Recover license, then activate on the new Mac.
- Refunds: use the refund request form. The refund policy explains how refunds work.
Creators and developers
Creators can earn with the affiliate program or claim a license for a post. Developers who want to publish a droplet start at Publish a Droplet and the DroppyKit docs.

If you find a security problem in Droppy or on this site, email hi@getdroppy.app with "Security" in the subject and the details to reproduce it, and please give us time to fix it before you share it. The same address is in our security.txt.
