Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Droppy services or using the Droppy application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping account access methods secure and for activity under your account.

3. License grant

Subject to these terms and valid payment, Droppy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Droppy on compatible devices you control.

4. Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute license keys without written authorization.
• Do not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or create derivative works except where mandatory law permits.
• Do not bypass security, licensing, account controls, or technical restrictions.
• Do not use Droppy to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with service operation.

5. Purchases, billing, and taxes

• Payments are processed by Stripe or approved providers.
• Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or local charges unless required otherwise by law.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund handling is governed by Droppy refund policies published at purchase or required by law. Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive refund activity may result in suspension of license services.

Droppy licenses are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Where mandatory law provides a right of withdrawal or refund, that right remains available unless you separately provide any express consent and acknowledgment required by law to waive it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

7. License keys and account recovery

• License keys are for authorized use only and may not be shared publicly or sold without permission.
• Droppy may revoke, rotate, or reissue keys when fraud, compromise, abuse, or legal risk is detected.
• Account features are provided to help recover legitimately purchased keys.

8. Social creator lifetime-license offer

• The offer accepts one claim per person for a public X, Instagram, or TikTok video that genuinely demonstrates Droppy in use and includes a suitable Droppy link or mention.
• A human reviewer decides whether a submission meets the published quality criteria. Approval is not automatic, and follower count alone does not determine the result.
• An approved claim receives one standard Droppy lifetime license at the submitted email address. Duplicate emails, public posts, or claims are not eligible.
• The qualifying post must remain public for at least 3 months after approval. Fraud, duplicate claims, early removal, or another material breach of the offer may result in license revocation.
• After a denial, you may improve the same public post and resubmit the same email address and post URL for a fresh human review.

9. Updates, availability, and beta features

Droppy may ship updates, patches, and feature changes at any time. Availability of specific features, integrations, or online services is not guaranteed.

10. Third-party services

Droppy may integrate with third-party services and links. Droppy is not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or availability.

11. Intellectual property

Droppy and all related materials, including software, branding, design, and content, are owned by Droppy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Droppy services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droppy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Droppy harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of services or violation of these terms.

15. Suspension and termination

Droppy may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, fraud, legal risk, or threats to service integrity.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law where Droppy operates, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Dispute resolution venue and method may be required by applicable law or separate written agreement.

17. Changes to terms

Droppy may update these terms. Updated terms are effective when posted with a new effective date.
