Request a refund

Four steps. Every refund is reviewed by hand, so the form asks only for what is needed to find the purchase, deactivate the key, and return the money.

1. Who you are

The refund is matched to the payment in Stripe, so the name and email here should be the ones used at checkout. Nothing else is needed to find it.

2. The purchase

All of this is on the Stripe receipt that was emailed to you at checkout. Search your mail for "Droppy" if you cannot find it. Do not send card numbers, we never need them.

Order or invoice number Usually starts with in_, pi_, or ch_.

License key In Droppy, Settings, then License. Or on the Recover license page. Leave empty if the key never arrived.

3. Why you are asking

A sentence or two is enough. If you are claiming a statutory withdrawal right, no reason is needed at all, just pick it below and continue.

I understand the license key is deactivated when the refund is issued and stops working on all of my Macs. See the refund policy for what happens after a refund. I understand the refund is returned to the original payment method and that banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
