Pixpaw
A pixel pet that lives on your desktop.
Pixpaw puts a little pixel pet on your desktop: an orange cat, or a dog, bee, parrot, dinosaur, hamster, chicken, giraffe, hippo, rabbit or shark, or one you draw yourself. It wanders the bottom of your screen, rides along on your windows, purrs when you stroke it and talks to you in a speech bubble.

What it does
It works along with your coding agents. When Claude Code or Google Antigravity starts, finishes or fails, your pet says so, with how much of your plan is left, and a tag at its side shows what the agent is doing. When Claude asks to run a command, your pet holds up the answers on a card: click one, or press Option-1.
It also tells you about notifications, calendar events (click it to join the call), songs, headphones, the battery and the volume, holds your to-do list on a little sign, reminds you to take breaks, keeps you company in Pomodoro rounds and carries files you drop on it to Droppy's shelf. Everything runs on your Mac: nothing is sent anywhere.
