Use native Apple Music controls in Droppy so playback stays accessible while you work. You can handle transport actions without bouncing between windows.

How to use it

  1. Nothing to connect. It talks to the Music app on your Mac directly.
  2. Transport, shuffle and repeat, and Love, all from the notch. Pick which control sits on the left and the right of the widget.
  3. Turn on the audio quality badge to see Lossless or Dolby Atmos under the artist while it plays.

Queue from the island

The full player carries your Playing Next queue, so the next three songs are one swipe away instead of an app switch.

Tips

  • Love is a single button here, which is the one Music action that is genuinely annoying to reach any other way.
  • The Lyrics Droplet adds timed lyrics to the same widget, and animated covers play in the media widget and on the lock screen.
