Thaw
Hide and manage menu bar items, by Toni FörsterInstall Thaw directly from Droppy. It's the official build by Toni Förster, pulled live from github.com/thaw-app/Thaw. Hide and manage menu bar items, tint the bar, add hotkeys, and let Droppy keep Thaw up to date automatically.
What it does
- Hide and organise menu bar items
- Menu bar tinting, shadows, and custom shapes
- Search + hotkeys for fast access
- Auto-update straight from GitHub releases
How to use it
- Install it from this Droplet's page. Droppy downloads the official signed build from github.com/thaw-app/Thaw and keeps it updated.
- Hide and reorder menu bar items, tint the bar, give items hotkeys, and choose whether the floating bar follows the layout, the mouse or the menu bar icon.
Where it shows up
- Shelf widget
- Global shortcut

Give the menu bar back to yourself
On a notched MacBook the menu bar runs out of room long before you run out of apps. Thaw hides the ones you never click and keeps Droppy where you can reach it.
Tips
- This is a third-party app by Toni Förster, not a Droppy feature: Droppy installs and updates it for you, and it stays his app.
- Droppy checks for new Thaw releases and tells you when one is out.
