Calendar

Tasks & Notes

Capture reminders with natural-language input and view upcoming tasks in Droppy. It streamlines quick planning and follow-up actions directly from your workspace.

What it does

  • Natural-language task capture
  • List support with list mentions
  • Date mentions like tomorrow and next Friday
  • Multilingual task input
  • Priority levels and fast checklist interactions

How to use it

  1. It reads Apple Reminders and Calendar, and writes back to Reminders. Choose which lists and which calendars appear.
  2. Add a task by typing it: Email Sam tomorrow, Pay invoice next Friday @Work. Date words and @list mentions are parsed as you type, in several languages.
  3. Set a default list so a task with no @list still lands somewhere sensible.

Where it shows up

  • Shelf widget
  • Live Activity
  • Lock screen
  • Global shortcut
  • Ring action
  • Droppy for iPhone

On the lock screen it shows the next event or task. In the notch it runs an event progress ring as a meeting approaches.

Workflows

Capture without breaking flow

Open the widget, type the sentence, press Return. No app switch, no window, and it is in Reminders on every device a second later.

Know what is next without looking

The notch runs an event progress ring as a meeting approaches, and the lock screen chip names the next event or task.

Tips

  • It syncs in real time: a reminder ticked off on your phone disappears here without a refresh.
  • Set which day the week starts on, which the month grid and the week numbers both follow.
  • It is one Droplet covering both events and reminders, not two.

Add tasks or events by typing anything natural: the date is understood, and @ picks a calendar or reminder list.
