settingsUnifiedSegmentLabel(icon:title:isSelected:isEnabled:)

One option of a settings pop-up: its SF Symbol, then its title, in the menu's own font.

@MainActor func settingsUnifiedSegmentLabel(icon: String, title: String, isSelected: Bool, isEnabled: Bool = true) -> some View

The icon is drawn in front of the title in the pop-up face and in the open menu, the way System Settings lists an option that has one (the host's rule, from Jordy's round 2: "every option in the dropdown must have the icon in front of it so you know what option it is"). An empty icon lists the plain title. The view this returns is how SettingsUnifiedSegmentedRow learns the title it lists in the native menu; a label built any other way keeps the SwiftUI menu picker.
