DropletSettingsDivider

Divider between ordinary rows inside a DropletSettingsCard.

On macOS 15+ the card separates its rows on its own and recognises this divider, so placing one is harmless and never doubles up. Before macOS 15 it is the only separator a card has. Inside a DropletSettingsPane it renders nothing at all: the Form separates the rows.
