Single source of truth for the section headers that sit above settings cards. Sentence case only. Drawn like a grouped Form's section header: bold, primary ink, on the row text column of the card beneath it.

Inside a [`DropletSettingsPane`](https://getdroppy.app/docs/droppykit/api/droplet-settings-pane) put it in the header of a [`DropletSettingsSection`](https://getdroppy.app/docs/droppykit/api/droplet-settings-section); there it is the plain `Text` a grouped Form styles itself (13pt semibold, on the row column), with no font and no inset of its own. Outside one it draws that same header by hand.
