Adopt to receive URLs opened at droppy://droplet/<your-id>/….

`@MainActor protocol DropletURLHandling : Droplet`

Called on the main actor, once per URL, only while the droplet is active. A droplet that does not conform never hears about them.

- Note: Maturity: Supported. The host consumer arrived in Droppy 15.3 with DroppyKit 1.11.0; declare `minAPI` 1.11.0 when you adopt it.
