They are all included in the license, and they only run when you switch them on. Open Settings, Store to browse the catalogue, read what each one does, and install it. Installing is instant for most: nothing is downloaded and nothing is compiled. A handful need a one-time runtime or a third-party app, and each says so on its own page. A Droplet that is off costs nothing. Turn one off and its widget leaves the notch, its shortcuts stop answering, and any permission it asked for stops being used. Nothing you made with it is deleted. ## Where they show up Every Droplet page lists its surfaces as a row of chips. This is what each one means. - **Dock hover**: It opens beside a Dock icon while you hover it. - **Notch widget**: It has a widget you can put in the notch, alone or beside another one. - **Live Activity**: It takes the notch or island while something is happening. - **Lock screen**: It puts a chip in the lock screen's status row, or a card above the login area. - **Global shortcut**: You can record a global shortcut for it on the Shortcuts page. - **Action Ring button**: Its actions can sit on the Action Ring. - **Quick Action tile**: It can be one of the tiles you drop a file onto. - **Menu bar**: It has an entry in Droppy's menu bar menu. - **File action**: It works with files in the file tray and the floating file tray, either putting them there or acting on the ones you drop. - **Finder**: It adds a right-click action in Finder. - **Media widget**: It drives the media widget and the Now Playing controls. - **Droppy for iPhone**: It has a counterpart in Droppy for iPhone.
