Something broken, something missing, or something you would like Droppy to do. Each one has a home.

## Email

Write to [hi@getdroppy.app](mailto:hi@getdroppy.app) for licenses, receipts, charges on your statement, privacy and legal questions, and anything you would rather not post publicly. Include the email address you bought Droppy with when it is about a license.

## Bugs and ideas

[The Trench](https://getdroppy.app/trench) is Droppy's public feedback board. Report a bug, post an idea or vote on someone else's, and follow it from open to shipped. The board shows when a fix is built and when it is live in an update.

## Questions and community

The [Droppy Discord](https://discord.gg/droppy) is the fastest place to ask how something works, see what is coming next and talk with other people who use Droppy. The [documentation](https://getdroppy.app/docs) answers most how-to questions too, and you can search it from any page.

## Licenses and refunds

- **Lost your license key:** the [Recover license](https://getdroppy.app/recover-license) page resends it to the email you bought with straight away.
- **Moving to a new Mac:** reset the activation from [Recover license](https://getdroppy.app/recover-license), then activate on the new Mac.
- **Refunds:** use the [refund request form](https://getdroppy.app/refund-request). The [refund policy](https://getdroppy.app/refund-policy) explains how refunds work.

## Creators and developers

Creators can earn with the [affiliate program](https://getdroppy.app/creators) or [claim a license for a post](https://getdroppy.app/social-license).
